I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an amazing experience! , making my mouth water in anticipation. The pizza itself was nothing short of fantastic. Each slice was perfectly cooked, with a crispy yet chewy crust, rich and tangy sauce, and generous gooey cheese. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, adding to the overall deliciousness. I tried a variety of slices, and each one was better than the last. Despite the small size of the dining area, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. However, it was very busy, which is a testament to how popular this place is. The staff were friendly and efficient, managing the bustling crowd with ease and ensuring that everyone was served promptly. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I will be returning for more of their amazing pizza. If you're a pizza lover, this is a must-visit spot!
It's just so good. I have become a bit of a pizza snob. It kind of sucks because I continuously get hyped up to try Pizza somewhere, and I end up leaving disappointed. But man, this is so easily the best pizza I've had in Miami that it's not even close. The experience sucks. I don't know how but I don't think I've ever felt as miserable as standing in the Sun at 7:00 p.m. on a July evening in Miami. The line barely moves. There's no shade. There's no air flow. It sucks. There is a water jug. Have to hand that to them You get in. You order. Whatever. But gosh the pizza is perfect. I had the proper pepperoni and the bacon and leeks. Both were fantastic. I just can't imagine doing a pizza better. The crust is just absolutely perfect. The sauce, the cheese, everything. I normally don't like novelty pizzas like bacon and leek. But man it was perfect too. There are some other places in miami. Eleventh Street in dadeland is certainly a much more pleasant experience with very good pizza. But I have to say this pizza at Miami slice is clearly the winner. It is most definitely worth the mess.
This is what I would say to be the BEST pizza I've ever had. Our first time here, we dined in, the wait was a bit long as indoor seating is limited, but absolutely worth the wait. The service we received was exceptional, and the pizza is the perfect amount of crispy, cheesy, and yummy goodness that you would want in a pizza slice. Please come with patience, as the line can get long most of the times. They offer a dine in or dine out option (with the dining out option you can sit outdoors), however the experience is the same. It's our go to pizza place and I can't recommend it enough.
Get the hot honey pepperoni pizza! This was one of the best slices of pizza I've ever eaten. Even the pepperoni was super crispy and the hot honey was a game changer. 10/10 I also tried a slice of the La Salsera (7/10) and mushroom truffle (9/10).
The place is worth the hype! Unique flavors that all work. The French Onion special is great! Really tastes like the soup! The Bacon Leek slice is worth a try. And the Pepperoni Proper with honey is delish. The crust on all the pizzas were baked to a crunchy perfection. Service was nice, a few people asked how we liked it all. The place is small but homey. There is also seating outside.
I tried Miami Slice once, 3.5 years ago, when they were working out of a ghost kitchen in their sister restaurant, La Latina. I tried what I thought was going to be a simple cheese pizza, and it was love at first bite . Now, based out of their own restaurant space, they have expanded their menu to a few different flavors with creative flairs- pepperoni w/ hot honey, vodka sauce pizza w/ pesto drizzle, and the most delicious mushroom truffle pizza you'll ever take a bite of . MCD hack: lines are shortest at opening time (5pm) Wed-Fri.
The pizza is down right amazing! The crust is the perfect blend of crunchy and doughy. The slices are large and very tasty. My personal fave was the margarita. I also tried the pepperoni but I'm just not a pep girlie Prepare. To. Stand. In. Line. For. An. Hour. Don't complain about it-- just plan for it. I'll def be going back
My expectations were high but they were met! I went at 4:55 so I could be the first one to order when they opened at 5. There were already 10 people there waiting before the doors even opened. The pizza is delicious! Definitely get the pepperoni with all the locks, and the stratchiattella is worth it! The hot honey on the pizza is so tasty and adds such a great sweet flavor. And the strachiatella has a wonderful olive oil that adds so much flavor! The team members were very nice and helpful and the setting of the restaurant itself is nice. There's only a bar with a few seats inside but if you order to go, you can eat at the terrace outside
Finally tried out Miami Slice and it was so good! Definitely one of the best pizza spots in Miami! The service is great, only thing is that they only do walk ins. So I had to wait 20 minutes before being seating. Other than that, everything was great! The place itself is super small with an open kitchen so you can see everyone making the pizza. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good pizza spot and don't mind waiting to get seated.
WOW! I've eaten at over 30 pizza spots around NYC and NJ, but who knew I'd find a spot in Miami that's better than most of the spots there. The pizza was definitely made with very high quality ingredients and everything meshed well together. The hot honey was a really great addition to the pepperoni slice. What stands out is the sauce which had more depth than other pizza spots. The crust was phenomenal. The undercarriage held together when I lifted it and had a nice crisp when I bit in. The dough had the right amount of yeastiness to it. I loved dipping it with a side of tomato sauce. The service was very friendly. They have a good system of getting people in for takeout. I can't wait to come back and try more!
